It has a perfectly closing high dome lid made of stainless steel, which provides even more space thanks to an enlarged arch. The temperature indicator Visiotherm integrated in the lid knob ensures perfect temperature control at all times. Together with the acoustic control Audiotherm it enables you to cook temperature- and time-controlled. The grill pan is suitable for all types of hobs, including induction. Thanks to the uniform heat distribution with the capsule base Akkutherm you can use the Oval Grill also with the Navigenio. After removing all plastic components, the pan is fully ovenproof.
